Kainan drives in the SxS class for Nitrocross, where he has already achieved remarkable success. He will now be taking it to NEXT EVO. During the 2023/2024 Series, Kainan burst on the scene by dominating the SxS class in Nitrocross and taking home the championship, besting legend Travis Pastrana in the process. Kainan's early accomplishments mark him as a very promising young driver with a bright future ahead in racing.

He represents Team BACCO in which his sister, Alyanna Baker, also races in the SxS class. Kainan has consistently podiumed since his Nitrocross debut during the 2023/2024 season. Despite Round 1 in Jay, Oklahoma being his first race in the series, the then 15-year-old swept the competition with a 1st place finish. He continued to dominate in the series and became the season champion, winning by just 14 points.
