The mobile gaming studio is rebranding Rally Clash and adding an in-game Nitrocross event
Turborilla, the studio behind the massively successful Mad Skills franchise, is excited to announce the rebranding of its popular rally racing game Rally Clash to Mad Skills Rallycross, set to launch worldwide on October 3, 2024. The game will be available for free on both the App Store and Google Play, and can be downloaded here: https://bit.ly/3XBtpDH.
The decision to rebrand comes as part of Turborilla's vision to make Mad Skills Rallycross more competitive in nature, aligning it with the adrenaline-fueled energy of the Mad Skills franchise, which has been installed millions of times on mobile devices across the world.
In conjunction with the rebranding and global release, Turborilla is thrilled to announce a major new collaboration with Nitrocross, the exciting rallycross series co-founded by action sports icon Travis Pastrana and produced by Thrill One Sports & Entertainment. As part of the partnership, Mad Skills Rallycross will feature in-game Nitrocross events every weekend, where players can compete on real-world tracks replicated from the actual Nitrocross series. The first in-game Nitrocross event will take place from October 3–7, and all players will be able to race it for free.
At launch, Mad Skills Rallycross will feature a highly anticipated replica of the real-world Nitrocross track from the Salt Lake City round of the series. Future rounds of the 2024 season will also be recreated in-game, offering players the chance to experience the same challenges faced by the world’s top rallycross drivers.
“We’re incredibly excited to partner with Turborilla on bringing the energy and excitement of Nitrocross to mobile gamers,” said Josh Tucker, CMO of Thrill One Sports & Entertainment. “Nitrocross is all about pushing the limits of rallycross racing, and this collaboration allows fans of both motorsports and mobile gaming to experience that thrill in a new way.”
“Rebranding to Mad Skills Rallycross reflects our commitment to making the game more competitive and action-packed,” added Bryan Stealey, CMO of Turborilla. “With the integration of Nitrocross and its intense, real-world track replicas, this is the perfect fit for our Mad Skills brand. We're excited to bring a fresh, challenging experience to rally racing fans worldwide.”
Fans of rallycross and action sports alike can download Mad Skills Rallycross for free on October 3 and get ready to race on world-class tracks inspired by the legendary Travis Pastrana and his groundbreaking Nitrocross series.
